AROMATHERAPY
After massaging your hands as you did yesterday, use your essential oil blend (or a shop-bought massage lotion) to massage any painful joints in your feet as vigorously as you comfortably can. This will warm the joints and stimulate circulation. Now gently move your toes and ankles through their normal range of motion.
DAY FOUR
DAILY MENU
Breakfast: pink grapefruit (see the caution box opposite) sprinkled with ginger powder. Low-fat goatâs cheese on a slice of wholegrain bread, drizzled with walnut oil
Morning snack: a pear
Lunch: Chicken, Lime and Grape Salad . Wholegrain roll. Low-fat bio yogurt with fresh fruit
Afternoon snack: a handful of macadamia nuts
Dinner: Thai Salmon Filo Parcels . Sweet Chilli Jelly . Stir-fried bean sprouts and red peppers. Noodles. Plum, Apple and Almond Crumble
Drinks: 570ml/20fl oz/scant 21â3 cups semi-skimmed or skimmed milk. Unlimited tea (including herbal or fruit tea) and mineral water
